Return Period
You have 20 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns Process

- Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documents that came with it.
- Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the approval email. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process, and specify your exchange request in the email. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return shipping and offer you a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that period, we may have already processed and shipped your order.
